Hi. I’m Kyler.

I'm a Montana filmmaker that tells people-first stories across documentary, narrative, and commercial projects.

My work has earned a Northwest Regional Emmy Award and a second Emmy nomination, and I'm a recipient of the Big Sky Film Grant from the Montana Department of Commerce. Right now I'm in production on Polly and Dolly (and Marla), a hybrid documentary following a fifth-generation Montana artist and her theremin-playing alter egos — part artist portrait, part mockumentary, all creative play.

At the heart of what I do is a belief that my work should genuinely serve this place I call home.
